TOWER (NFCT) VENDORS AND NFCT MANAGERS AND NFCT AIR TRAFFIC
CONTOLLERS ARE AFFECTED. THE FAA ACT OF 1958 HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY
AND AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH AIR NAVIGATIONAL FACILITIES, PROVIDE ATC
SERVICES, AND TO ENSURE THE SAFE, ORDERLY, AND EFFICIENT USE OF
NAVIGABLE AIRSPACE. INFORMATION COLLECT
