Abstract: THE PROPOSED RECORDKEEPING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED TO: (1) ENSURE THAT CONTRACT MARKETS INFORM CUSTOMERS OF DISCIPLINARY MATTERS INVOLVING THEIR ACCOUNTS, AND (2) FACILITATE IMPLEMENTATION AND OVERSIGHT BY CONTRACT MARKETS AND THE COMMISSION OF PROHIBITED DUAL TRADING ACTIVITIES BY FLOOR BROKERS, EXCEPTIONS AND EXEMPTIONS.
