ACCOUNTS, AND (2) FACILITATE IMPLEMENTATION AND OVERSIGHT BY
CONTRACT MARKETS AND THE COMMISSION OF PROHIBITED DUAL TRADING
ACTIVITIES BY FLOOR BROKERS, EXCEPTIONS AND EXEMPTIONS.
