Abstract: COMPANIES PROVIDING PUBLIC SWITCHED SERVICES VIA INTERSPUTNIK STATSIONAR 4 SATELLITE LOCATED AT 14 DEGREES W.L. ARE REQUIRED TO FILE QUARTERLY REPORTS DETAILING THE NUMBER OF CIRCUITS IN USE EACH MONTH.
