Abstract: THIS INFORMATION WILL BE COLLECTED WHEN A MEMBER OF THE PRESS APPLIES FOR A BUILDING PASS TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO DOD-OCCUPIED BUILDINGS IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION AND WILL BE USED TO INITIATE A NATIONAL AGENCY CHECK. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE PROPRIETY OF PASS ISSUANCE AND TO PRESERVE THE SECURITY OF PERSONNEL AND CLASSIFIED INFORMATION.
