Abstract: SECTION 402(I)(6) OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT REQUIRES EACH STATE OPERATING THE AT-RISK CHILD CARE PROGRAM TO TRANSMIT TO THE SECRETARY_ ANNUAL REPORT ON THE ACTIVITIES OF THE STATE TO CONDUCT THAT PROGRAM. THE SECRETARY MUST TRANSMIT TO CONGRESS A COMPILATION OF THE REPORTS.
