Terms of Clearance: This information collection is approved through 8-96 under the followi condition: Given the HHS decision to establish the policy relevant impact at .2 Standard Deviations, OMB is concerned that such a fine measure may result in the detection of variables other than the JOBs program. In the event that ACF finds a positive impact in the Child Outcomes survey, the Agency will employ a series of analyses of the da to ensure the results are valid. These analyses are outlined in the attached Memorandum from Child Trends dated August 18, 1993.
