amended by DOL's 7/29/93 memoranda to OMB. DOL has agreed to meet
the following conditions: -- State and local one-stop shopping
programs shall be assessed and presented as examples of the kinds
of components that are involved in establishing such programs. No
conclusion shall be made about the quality of these programs based
on data collected through this survey effort. DOL will examine the
feasibility of conducting a more detaile data collection from local
programs once an inventory of these program is established. -- DOL
shall provide OMB with a copy of the literature review conducte as
part of the overall study effort. -- DOL will provide OMB with a
copy of any reports that result from th study. -- The burden hours
have increased because DOL has added State directo of higher
education to the groups surveyed.

ALL STATES AND FIFTEEN SELECTED LOCAL GOVERNMEN ENTITIES TO COLLECT
INFORMATION ON EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR ECONOMIC
