Abstract: TO CARRY OUT THE LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 10(E) OF THE FPA, WHICH DIRECTS THE COMMISSION TO COLLECT ANNUAL CHARGES FROM HYDROPOWER LICENSEES FOR THE COST OF ADMINISTERING PART 1 OF THE FPA. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE CHARGE TO BE ASSESSED AGAINS LICENSEES FOR SUCH USE.
