THE RCRA PERMIT APPLICATION IS USED BY
OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF HAZARDO WASTE TREATMENT, STORAGE, AND
DISPOSAL FACILITIES IN APPLYING FOR PERMITS AS REQUIRED BY RCRA
SECTION 3005. THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS USED TO DEFINE THE
PROCESSES AND THE WASTES THAT CAN BE MANAGED AT THE FACILITY IN
INTERIM STATUS. THE APPLICATION MUST BE REVISED IF CERTAI CHANGES
ARE MADE TO AN INTERIM STATUS FACILITY.
