Abstract: THE SURVEY IS DESIGNED TO GATHER INFORMATION ON PESTICIDE USE, ACTIVE INGREDIENT BY SITE OF APPLICATION AND PEST-TREATED APPLICANT FIRMS, CERTIFIED APPLICATORS INVOLVED IN NON-AGRICULTURAL USAGE. THE INFORMATION WILL AID EPA IN MAKING PESTICIDE REGULATORY DECISIONS.
