Abstract: NEED TO IDENTIFY FORMALLY HUD CRITERIA FOR ACCEPTANCE OF INSURED HOUSI PERFORMANCE WARRANTIES, WHICH PROTECT HUD AND HOMEOWNERS WITH HUD-INSURED FINANCING AGAINST MAJOR DWELLING DEFECTS.
