Abstract: IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT, PHAS/IHAS MUST HAVE INSURANCE TO PROTECT THE PHA/IHA FROM CLAIMS INVOLVING THE TESTING FOR AND ABATEMENT OF LEAD-BASE PAINT. THIS RULE PRESCRIBES TH NATURE AND QUALITY OF THE INSURANCE NEEDED TO PROTECT THE PHA/IHA AND THE CONTRACTOR PERFORMING SUCH WORK.
