DATA USED BY FCC STAFF TO ASSURE LICENSEE IS OPERATING IN ACCORDANCE WITH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF RULES AND THAT EMERGENCY BROADCAST SYSTEM IS OPERATING PROPERLY.
