Abstract: YOUTH, ARMY, NAVY, MILITARY RECRUITMENT, ENLISTMENT, HIGH SCHOOL YOUT THE ARMY AND NAVY ARE FACING A CHALLENGE TO MEET THEIR ACCESSION GOALS GIVEN THE CURRENT CLIMATE OF LIMITED INTERNAL RESOURCES AND INCREASED EXTERNAL VOLATILITY. THEY NEED UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION ON THE OPINIONS OF YOUTH REGARDING THESE ISSUES AND HOW THEY AFFECT THEIR PROPENSITY TO ENLIST. FURTHER, THESE SERVICES REQUIRE INFORMATION ON THE GOALS AND MOTIVATIONS OF ELIGIBILE YOUTH TO RECRUIT
