approved on the condition that the Corps provide to OMB within six
months a detailed analysis of the average burden hours for
completing a permit application. This analysis should take into
accou information gathering activities, such as wetlands
delineation, that m be necessary for an applicant to accurately
complete the form. If thi analysis identifies changes in burden
hours, the Corps may make the adjustment through an Inventory
Correction Worksheet (ICW).
