Abstract: THE PROPOSED RULE WOULD REQUIRE A HEAL LENDER OR LOAN HOLDER TO TAKE SPECIFIC ACTIONS AFTER OBTAINING A LOAN DEFAULT JUDGEMENT TO COLLECT O THAT JUDGEMENT. THESE ACTIONS MUST BE TAKEN PRIOR TO A LENDER REQUESTING PAYMENT ON THE DEFAULTED LOAN FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT'S STUDENT LOAN INSURANCE FUND.
