Abstract: THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THIS REGULATION WILL BE USED TO EVALUATE PRIOR DETERMINATIONS OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION (SSA) CONCERNING THE ASSIGNMENT OF RETIRED COAL MINERS' HEALTH BENEFIT PREMIUMS. THE RESPONDENTS WILL CONSIST OF COAL MINE OPERATORS WHO DISAGREE WITH SSA'S DETERMINATION AND SUBMIT SUPPORTING EVIDENCE.
