Abstract: OIL AND GAS LEASES, OUTER CONTINENTAL SHELF DEVELOPMENT, OIL/GAS WELL THIS INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY MMS DISTRICT SUPERVISORS TO EVALUATE AND APPROVE OR DISAPPROVE THE ADEQUACY OF THE EQUIPMENT AND/OR PROCEDURES WHICH THE LESSEE PLANS TO USE DURING THE CONDUCT OF PRODUCTION, WELL-COMPLETION, AND WELL-WORKOVER OPERATIONS INCLUDING DEEPENING AND PLUGGING BACK.
