Abstract: INFORMATION IS COLLECTED FROM OIL AND GAS LESSEES IN THE OCS FOR PURPOSES OF ESTABLISHING WELL MAXIMUM PRODUCTION RATES (MPR). THIS INFORMATION IS USED TO ESTABLISH THE MAXIMUM DAILY RATE AT WHICH OIL AND GAS MAY BE PRODUCED FROM A SPECIFIC WELL COMPLETION. RESPONDENTS ARE FEDERAL OCS LESSEES AND OPERATORS.
