Abstract: THIS REGULATION ALLOWS A PLAN TO SUSPEND AN INDIVIDUAL'S PENSION BENEFITS IF THE INDIVIDUAL CONTINUES WORK OR RETURNS TO WORK. THE PLA IS REQUIRED TO NOTIFY THE INDIVIDUAL DURING THE FIRST CALENDAR MONTH O PAYROLL PERIOD IN WHICH THE PLAN WITHHOLDS PAYMENT.
