ORGANIZATIONS TO ENABLE THEM TO PROVIDE SECON MORTGAGES TO FAMILIES
PURCHASING HOMES THAT ARE CONSTRUCTED OR SUBSTANTIALLY
REHABILITATED. A LEGISLATIVE CHANGE MAKES A NEW OPTION AVAILABLE TO
THE GRANTEES IN ADMINISTERING THEIR PROGRAMS.
