Abstract: STATE AGENCIES ADMINISTERING THE TEMPORARY EMERGENCY FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (TEFAP) WOULD USE THE FNS-666 FOR THEIR FINANCIAL REPORTING ON THE TEFAP IN LIEU OF THE SF-269. THE FNS-666 WOULD CAPTURE NOT ONLY TOTAL PROGRAM COSTS BUT ALSO THE PORTIONS APPLICABLE TO THE STATE AND LOCAL LEVELS OF PROGRAM MANAGEMENT. THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO
