THESE DATA ARE WIDELY USED AS EVIDENCE OF THE NATIONAL WEALTH REPRESENTED BY THE REAL ESTATE TAX BASE AND PROVIDE A BASIS FOR INTRA AND INTERJURISDICTIONAL COMPARISON OF ASSESSMENT UNIFORMITY.
