Abstract: THE OPM GRANTED NIH AUTHORITY TO RATE, RANK, AND ESTABLISH COMPETITOR INVENTORIES OF BIOLOGIST, MICROBIOLOGIST, AND CHEMIST POSITIONS, GS-9/15.
