Abstract: INFORMATION WILL BE COLLEDTED ON NUMBERS/LOCATIONS OF PUMPOUT/DUMP STATIONS IN COASTAL WATERS, RECREATIONAL VESSELS IN SUCH WATERS WITH HOLDING TANKS/PORTABLE TOILETS. THIS DATA WILL BE USED BY STATES TO DEVELOP PLANS FOR CONSTRUCTING ADEQUATE PUMPOUT/DUMP STATIONS. RESPONDENTS WILL BE STATES AND MARINA OPERATORS.
