Approved as amended by DOL's memoranda to OMB of 10/21/93, 11/4/93, 11/5/93, and 11/8/93. In addition, DOL shall meet the following conditions: -- Regression analyses of information on subjective opinions about customer satisfaction shall not be published as precise statistical relationships. This would imply that independent characteristics have a specific numeric correlation with subjective outcomes. If regressio analyses are constructed, they shall be used to support other kinds of relational analyses. Regression tables with beta coefficients and standard errors are not appropriate for publication to indicate customer satisfaction. -- The data collected in Q. 20, on satisfaction with the Employment Services, will not allow DOL to make general statements about ES or ho helpful ES services were to EDWAA participants. The sample drawn for this survey represents EDWAA as a whole, but is not representative of EDWAA participants who receive ES services. DOL shall indicate this data limitation in all published reports and analyses resulting from this survey. In addition, we note that the single question will provi little detail about why EDWAA participants find ES helpful or not helpful; OMB encourages DOL to pursue further investigation into customer satisfaction with ES.
