THE CUSTOMS FORM 6059-B FACILITATES
THE CLEARANCE OF PERSONS AND THEIR GOODS UPON ARRIVAL IN THE
TERRITORY OF THE U.S. BY REQUIRING BASIC INFORMATION NECESSARY TO
DETERMINE CUSTOMS EXCEPTION STATUS AND IF ANY DUTIES OR TAXES ARE
DUE. THE FORM IS ALSO USED FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF CUSTOMS AND OTHER
FEDERAL AGENCIES LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
