Abstract: EPA IS ADMINISTERING TWO ON-TIME SCREENER QUESTIONNAIRES TO A STATISTICAL SAMPLE OF FACILITIES THAT CONDUCT INTERIOR CLEANING OF TAN TRUCKS, INTERMODAL TANK CONTAINERS, INTERMEDIATE BULK CONTAINERS, RAIL TANK CARS, TANK BARGES, AND PARCEL TANKERS, EXTERIOR CLEANING OF AIRCRAFT, DEICING/ANTI-ICING OF AIRCRAFT AND PAVEMENTS.
