Abstract: STATES PROVIDE EPA WITH INFORMATION AND SCHEDULES FOR ASSUMING RESPONSIBILITY FOR STATE DELEGATION OF CONSTRUCTION GRANTS. IN ADDITION, THEY PROVIDE DATA ON INNOVATIVE/ALTERNATIVE TECHNOLOGY. EPA USES THESE DATA TO MAINTAIN FISCAL ACCOUNTABILITY, MANAGEMENT OVERVIEW OF STATES, AND AN ANNUAL REPORT ON INNOVATIVE/ALTERNATIVE PROJECTS.
