Abstract: THIRD PARTY TRACERS USE THESE FORMS TO VERIFY UNPAID DISTRIBUTIVE SHAR PAYMENTS AND UNEARNED MORTGAGE INSURANCE PREMIUMS FOUND ON FOIA LISTIN FOR MUTUAL MORTGAGE INSURANCE (MMI) LOANS PAID OFF FROM 1977 THROUGH TWO YEARS AGO. PRE-1984 FHA CASE LISTINGS ARE IDENTIFIED BY FHA CASE NUMBERS ONLY. BASED ON THIS INFORMATION, HUD INSURES THE CORRECT INDIVIDUAL(S) RECEIVES THEIR REFUND.
