Abstract: THE PRIMARY GOAL OF THIS STUDY IS TO IDENTIFY AND EVALUATE GENETIC AND NONGENETIC DETERMINANTS OF CORONARY HEART DISEASE, PRECLINICAL ATHEROSCLEROSIS, AND CORONARY HEART DISEASE RISK FACTORS. IT IS DESIGNED TO EXPAND FAMILY AND GENETIC STUDIES OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEAS IN ONGOING POPULATION-BASED EPIDEMIOLOGIC STUDIES.
