Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUEST IS BEING SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL TO COLLECT INFORMATION FROM A ONE-TIME SURVEY. THE SURVEY IS BEING DISSEMINATED TO ASSIST OSM IN THE PREPARATION OF RECTEC BY ASCERTAININ THE NEEDS OF OUR CUSTOMERS SO THAT OSM CAN PROVIDE THE READERS OF RECT WITH INFORMATION MOST USEFUL TO THEM.
