Abstract: IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION ALIEN GUAM VISA WAIVER. P.L. 99-396 PROVIDES FOR CERTAIN ALIENS TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE NONIMMIGRANT VISA REQUIREMENT IF SEEKING ENTRY INTO AND STAY ON GUAM AS A VISITOR FOR A MAXIMUM STAY OF 15 DAYS PROVIDED THAT NO POTENTIAL THREAT EXISTS TO TH WELFARE, SAFETY, AND SECURITY OF THE U.S., ITS TERRITORIES, AND COMMONWEALTHS.
