Abstract: FEDERAL EMPLOYEES, PERSONNEL RECRUITING, ATTRITION RATES, EXIT SURVEY THE DOL NEEDS THE INFORMATION FROM THE EXIT SURVEY TO EVALUATE THE REASONS FOR EMPLOYEE ATTRITION BY TARGETED GROUPS AND TO IDENTIFY THE AND REDUCE ATTRITION. THE AFFECTED GROUP IS ABOUT 400 FORMER DOL EMPLOYEES ANNUALLY.
