Abstract: FORM 1120F IS USED BY FOREIGN CORPORATIONS TO REPORT INCOME FROM THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF ACTIVITIES: INVESTMENTS, BUSINESS, AND BRANCH PROFITS. THE IRS USES FORM 1120F TO DETERMINE IF THE FOREIGN CORPORATION HAS CORRECTLY REPORTED ITS INCOME, DEDUCTION, AND TAX AND IF IT HAS PAID THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF TAX.
