Abstract: SEC. 404(G) OF THE CLEAN WATER ACT AUTHORIZES TRANSFER OF THE CORPS PERMITTING RESPONSIBILITY IN CERTAIN WATERS TO QUALIFIED STATES. CERTA INFORMATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE STATE PROGRAMS CAN BE APPROVED BY EPA.
