The information
collection requirements in this rule are approved. However, OMB
believes that the timing and schedules for submission of amendments
to plans are unrealistic. We would hope that the FAA would review
these timetables, prior to issuance of a final rule, to make these
timetables more realistic.

THE REQUIRED COLLECTION THAT
RESPONDENTS MUST PREPARE AND SUBMIT TO TH FAA CONTAINS THOSE
AIRPLANE GROUND DEICING/ANTI-ICING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES THAT
ENSURE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SAFETY DURING GROUND ICING CONDITIONS.
ALL PART 125 AND 135 AIR CARRIERS ARE AFFECTED.
