Abstract: THE CARD WILL BE USED BY AGENCY PERSONNEL AND VISTA GROUPS (ONLY WITH EXPLICIT WRITTEN PERMISSION OF THE RESPONDENT). THE PURPOSE OF THE CARD IS TO ENHANCE COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND FORMER VISTA VOLUNTEERS TO PROVIDE THEM WITH INFORMATION ON AGENCY ACTIVITIES AND TO ASSIST IN VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES.
