Abstract: THE SERVICE REGULATES THE TAKING, POSSESSION, TRANSPORTATION, SALE, PURCHASE, BARBER, EXPORTATION, AND IMPORTATION OF WILDLIFE. PERSONS DESIRING PERMIT PRIVILEGES MUST APPLY FOR THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT LICENSE. APPLICANT INFORMATION IS USED BY THE SERVICE TO DETERMINE QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SPECIFIC PERMIT. APPLICANTS ARE BUSINESSES, EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS.
