Abstract: THE OBJECTIVES OF THE NAFTA ARE TO ELIMINATE BARRIERS TO TRADE IN GOOD AND SERVICES BETWEEN THE THREE COUNTRIES, FACILITATE CONDITIONS OF FAI COMPETITION WITHIN THE FREE TRADE AREA, LIBERALIZE SIGNIFICANTLY CONDITIONS FOR INVESTMENTS WITH THE FREE-TRADE AREA, ESTABLISH EFFECTI PROCEDURES FOR THE JOINT ADMINISTRATION OF THE NAFTA, AND THE RESOLUTI OF DISPUTES.
