Abstract: SECTION 74.1281 REQUIRES THAT LICENSEES OF FM TRANSLATOR/BOOSTER STATIONS MAINTAIN ADEQUATE STATION RECORDS. DATA IS USED BY FCC STAFF IN INVESTIGATIONS TO ASSURE THAT LICENSEE IS OPERATING IN ACCORDANCE WITH FCC RULES AND REGULATIONS AND ITS STATION AUTHORIZATION.
