Abstract: SECTION 76.1302 PRECRIBES THE PROCEDURE TO BE USED WHEN FILING A COMPLAINT REGARDING CARRIAGE AGREEMENTS. THE DATA WILL BE USED BY THE FCC TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ALLEGING A VIOLATION OF OUR CARRIAGE AGEEEMENT REGULATIONS.
