Abstract: PARTICIPANT ACTIVITY PLANS TOGETHER WITH ASSOCIATED FINANCIAL DATA ARE NEEDED TO FACILITATE PROGRAM OVERSIGHT, AND ARE USE TO PROVIDE ACCEPTABLE ACCOUNTABILITY IN THE DISBURSEMENT OF PUBLIC FUNDS. THE TOTAL NUMBER (50) PARTICIPANTS TO BE AFFECTED BY THIS REQUE WILL INCLUDE NON-PROFIT TRADE ASSOCIATIONS, STATE GROUPS AND PRIVATE FIRMS.
