IT ENABLES IRS TO MONITOR EXCISE TAX LIABILITY FOR VARIOUS CATEGORIES ON A SINGLE FORM AND TO COLLECT TAX QUARTERLY IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW AND REGULATIONS
