Abstract: THE SCHOOLS AND STAFFING SURVEY IS A NATIONAL AND STATE REPRESENTATIVE SURVEY OF SCHOOLS, TEACHERS, LIBRARIES AND LIBRARIANS, AND SCHOOL DISTRICTS. THIS CLEARANCE REQUEST IS FOR THREE NEW QUESTIONS TO BE ADDED TO THE TEACHER COMPONENT OF THIS SURVEY WHICH ADDRESS ISSUES ABO THE EDUCATION OF LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENT STUDENTS. THE QUESTIONS
