Abstract: THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY NEEDS INFORMATION ON THE INFRASTRUCTURE, ORGANIZATION, FINANCING METHODS AND PUBLIC SERVICES OF GENERAL PURPOSE GOVERNMENTS OF U.S. COMMUNITIES WITH POPULATIONS OF LESS THAN 50,000 TO HELP MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE REGULATORY FLEXIBILITY ACT.
