This action
reinstates recordkeeping requirements currently in effect but which
had expired March 31, 1993. This does not include proposed
additional recordkeeping requirements associated with overfill
devices Earlier terms of clearance stated that additional
justification for such requirements should be provided at the final
rule stage. (See note of August 5, 1992, to the Departmental
clearance officer.) At th final rule stage, the justification can
be submitted with an inventory correction worksheet which, upon
approval, would make the additional collections effective.
