Existing information collections currently in effect are approved for three years until August 31, 1995. However, proposed modifications fo overfill devices are not approved until sufficient justification is made at the final rule stage. (See note of August 5, 1992, to Departmental Clearance Officer.) The justification should be submitte to OMB with an inventory correction worksheet which, upon approval, would make the additional collections effective.
