Abstract: THIS REGULATION ALLOWS COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVERS IN THE EMPLOY ONE COMPANY TO WORK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY WITHOUT REQUIRING THE SECOND COMPANY TO COMPILE A DRIVER QUALIFICATION FILE.
