Abstract: THIS SERVICE OBLIGATION REPORT IS SUBMITTED BY EVERY GRADUATE OF THE U.S. MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY AND GRADUATES OF STATE MARITIME SCHOOLS WHO HAVE RECEIVED STUDENT INCENTIVE PAYMENTS. THIS ALLOWS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO MONITOR COMPLIANCE WITH THEIR SERVICE OBLIGATION.
